We are seeking a skilled 18t Driver to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Company: Represent DX Network Services Limited in a professional manner at all times, adhering to our values and policies.
- Safe Vehicle Operation: Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
- Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct daily checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working order, reporting any defects or issues immediately.
- Delivery and Collection: Ensure all products are scanned using DX scanning equipment and delivered safely to customers' premises, treating their freight as if it were their own.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, dealing with any issues or concerns in a polite and effective manner.
- Routing and Scheduling: Manage your routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved, while also ensuring the correct equipment and PPE are used at all times.
- Licence and Qualifications: Must hold a C1 or above licence with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
- Driving Record: Maximum of 6 points on licence and no bans.
- Customer Service Skills: Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and has the ability to build a rapport with customers.
