Customer Service Advisor Job Description

**Role Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Reed. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer all inbound calls, acting as a first point of contact for customers
* Action all policy requests and changes as instructed by the customer
* Issue all policy documents correctly via email or post
* Resolve any customer complaints / dissatisfaction in an efficient manner

**Requirements**

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong customer service skills
* Previous experience within a call centre environment is ideal, however, not essential
* Excellent time management skills

**Additional Information**

* Free parking available on site
* Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
* £23,000 annual salary
* 23 days annual leave
