About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Commercial Developer team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering commercial development projects with a minimum value of £10,000,000.

Working on large-scale projects, you will have the opportunity to work with leading property developer clients, delivering complex schemes across London. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth and establishing Turner & Townsend as a leading consultancy in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of business proposals, pitches, and tenders, showcasing Turner & Townsend's expertise and capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Senior Project Manager, Associate or Associate Director experience with a leading consultancy across large brownfield sites in London.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial development projects with a minimum value of £20m.
  • Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
