About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability and focusing on the customer journey. Ideally, you will have had previous hands-on experience as a mechanic, dividing your time between the workshop and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
  • Coach and train colleagues in moment-to-moment situations
  • Utilize technical and mechanical ability or experience
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Develop excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Be IT proficient and willing to learn in-house systems
  • Manage time effectively
  • Possess a current valid driving license
