Position Overview:

As a Digital Media Campaign Strategist within Fisher Investments' Global Private Client Marketing Group, you will be responsible for crafting direct response digital marketing initiatives aimed at engaging potential clients outside the US. You will utilize some of the most sophisticated advertising platforms available, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Taboola.


The Role:

Digital Media Campaign Strategists play a crucial role in the Global PCG Marketing Digital Media team, which is dedicated to generating high-quality leads for our International Private Client Group sales teams.

You will report directly to the Team Lead of International Media Buyers.


Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Design and enhance direct response-focused digital marketing campaigns across leading digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experiment with and refine new targeting strategies, including custom audiences and lookalike modeling.
  • Analyze performance data to identify both micro and macro trends, then leverage these insights to optimize digital media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our internal creative agency, fishtank, to produce digital advertisements that effectively communicate the right message to the appropriate audience at the optimal time.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant privacy regulations and policies.
  • Work closely with our Strategy & Planning teams to develop marketing strategies tailored to each country, aiming to fulfill client acquisition goals and enhance scalability to meet business demands.

Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, specifically in roles such as digital media buyer/planner, campaign analyst, or account manager.
  • Proficient in using digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other programmatic media platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to utilize formulas and pivot tables.
  • A passion for learning new skills and adapting to evolving circumstances.
  • Comfortable making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing complexities and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Able to devise innovative solutions to challenging scenarios.
