About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Sienna X. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving e-commerce growth and developing digital campaigns across our marketing channels.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced marketing professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels, including D2C, B2B, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across all channels to ensure a cohesive and effective brand presence, including paid campaigns such as PPC & Meta.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and optimise marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that all marketing content is consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and values, and resonates with our target audiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry at a senior level.
  • Experience in e-commerce is essential.
  • Previous campaign experience and excellent knowledge of multi-channel digital media including, but not limited to PPC, Social Media, Email marketing and SEO.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with experience stepping into senior roles when required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO, Email Marketing.
