Warehouse Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Witham St Hughs on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Reach or Counterbalance forklift license, renewed within the last 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling the arrival and organisation of supplies
  • Preparing stock for order picking and loading stock by hand and forklift
  • Stocktaking and general housekeeping
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work
  • Strong warehousing experience
  • Official Forklift certificate (Reach/Counterbalance/LLOP)
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting at times
  • RF scanning experience is desirable

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm, with hourly rates of £11.85 for Counterbalance License and £12.40 for Reach Truck License. Candidates must be able to commute to Witham St Hughs, as public transport to the area is limited.
