About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Rentokil Initial Graduate Scheme in Pest Control. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of pest management, working with a leading company in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve pest control issues for customers
  • Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments to identify pest control needs
  • Develop and implement effective pest control solutions using industry-recognised techniques and products
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a 2:2 degree in a relevant subject, such as Science or Business Management
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to varying work patterns
  • A full UK driving license
