About the Role

Your duties as a Nurse/RGN will include:

  • Leading and Supervising the Care Team to ensure high-quality care.
  • General Nursing Duties to provide comprehensive care.
  • Ordering, Storing, and Administering Medication with precision and accuracy.
  • Keeping Precise and Up-to-Date Records to maintain transparency.
  • Maintaining the Clients' Dignity and Respect at all times.
  • Achieving the Highest Possible Standard of Care through direct nursing care and effective supervision.
  • Taking Management Responsibility for Shift as directed.

About You

You'll need to be Passionate about What You Do and lead by example.

You must be Well-Organized and able to work independently.

You will need to be a First-Level Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD) with a current PIN.

Be able to work on your own initiative and make effective decisions while working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You should be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations.

You should be registered with the NMC and have a satisfactory DBS.
