Cummins Inc. is seeking a talented Finance Placement Student to join our team in the UK, Daventry. As a key member of our Corporate/CBS Segment, you will gain invaluable experience in finance and develop the skills needed to succeed in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to provide exceptional support and ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and reports for department management, including ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Develop and interpret financial data, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage accounting administrative tasks, including GSARs, customer set-ups, and Quick pay processes.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet reporting requirements.
  • Embody a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm in taking on new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Working towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in IT/Microsoft skills or program knowledge.
