Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Analyst to join our Quality Department at Muller Dairy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality performance through improved analysis, extended subject knowledge, and testing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure laboratory tasks are completed on time to the right standard, including all testing, calibrations, and controls.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and tidy laboratory environment with a 'clean as you go' mindset.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and on time, both electronic and hard copies.
Requirements:
  • Competent in microbiological methods, including Total Viable Count (Petrifilm) and Enterobacteriaceae (Petrifilm).
  • Previous laboratory experience, with aseptic skills, auditing, lab safety, and NIR technology (FOSS) knowledge.
  • Equipment calibration and maintenance, laboratory accreditation standards (CLAS), and pipetting skills.
  • HACCP L2 and in-depth Micro and dairy Chemistry knowledge.
