Your new company, Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a commercial finance position in a growing company that offers career progression and extensive senior stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and deliver financial information to the business, to understand and drive improved financial performance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare financial plans and budgets, along with reporting progress against plans and forecast.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Hold regular budget holder meetings providing insight and challenge to managers to drive improved business results.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare management accounts for relevant Heads of Departments, along with related analysis and reporting for Board Packs.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Project Management: Work on various projects including systems transformation & acquisitions.
  • Audit Support: Support with Audit requests.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Finance Expertise: Proven experience in commercial finance, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
