Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or a related field is preferred.
- Security Consciousness: Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and best practices, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
- Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, coupled with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive nature and ability to think on your feet, effectively assessing situations and making sound decisions to resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with security technology, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and related software applications.
