Maintenance Engineer

**Job Summary:**

M-Tec Engineering Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team at their manufacturing facility in Warwickshire. As a key member of the Maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility by carrying out maintenance work in accordance with schedules and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform planned preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and downtime
* Provide mechanical and electrical breakdown cover for all activities on site
* Read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings to identify and resolve issues
* Utilize knowledge of PLCs and robots to troubleshoot and maintain complex systems
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure effective maintenance practices are implemented

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of two years' experience in a maintenance role, with apprentice training preferred
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs and robots
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
