Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Assisting team members as needed
  • Adapting to daily operational changes
  • Following established food safety protocols
  • Supporting health and safety management
  • Upholding food hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role within a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Food Hygiene certification
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • NVQ Level 2 or higher
  • Access to personal transportation (preferred)
