Production Administrator Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Production Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Production Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the production team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Utilise SAP to manage production orders, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure materials are readily available for production, streamlining the supply chain.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels and production reports, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any production-related issues promptly, promoting a culture of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compile and analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvements, driving continuous growth and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area, prioritising a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving results.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new software.
Working Pattern:

This is a full-time position with rotational shifts, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment.

The working hours are as follows:

- Early Shift: Start at 06:00 am and finish at 14:00 pm from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, the shift starts at 06:00 am and finishes at 13:30 pm.

- Late Shift: Start at 14:00 and finish at 22:00 from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, the shift starts at 13:00 pm and finishes at 21:00 pm.
