We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team in Grimsby. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Build meaningful relationships with service users and their families.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Provide a positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
We offer Relief contracts, which means you will work on an as-and-when-required basis.
Shift TimesAll our services are 24-hour care, and we prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance. You will have the flexibility to plan your personal and social life.
