Job Title: Business Analyst – Liquidity

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Liquidity and Account Solutions team at JPMorganChase. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Global Funds Control initiative.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and desired future approaches to our funds flow process, translating them into detailed requirements for Technology to build upon. You will work closely with global and functional partners across Payments, Liquidity, Technology, Operations, and Client Service to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between Product, Technology, and other partners to understand demands and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Interpret and critically evaluate business needs, breaking down larger initiatives into epics and stories, and defining user acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product owners and Technology on prioritization and backlog maintenance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluate new demands and identify appropriate prioritization relative to existing backlog, escalating potential roadblocks and dependencies.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Funds Control process, contributing new insights and suggestions for feature development.
Requirements
  • Business Analyst skills with a background in requirements documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence and work closely with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior knowledge of Payments business.
  • Knowledge of Credit and Virtual Solutions beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira, Visio / Lucid, Confluence, and similar collaboration technologies.
