We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to provide strategic leadership and support to our clients' cross-functional teams. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing medical strategies, leading agile teams, and managing end-to-end processes to achieve high-quality outcomes.

• Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement medical strategies to achieve business goals, lead agile teams, and manage end-to-end processes.
• Team Management: Manage, lead, and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, including budgetary responsibility for medical cost centers.
• Collaboration and Partnership: Develop deep knowledge and capability of collaboration, partnering, acquiring, and integrating digital technologies in all relevant departments and business.
• Business Development: Support business development in project evaluation, due diligence, and providing technical inputs to potential projects and product launches.
• Compliance and Regulatory: Understand compliance, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance requirements, identify and troubleshoot process deviations, and suggest effective corrective and preventative actions.
• Communication and Representation: Represent medical affairs at relevant meetings, communicate outputs, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and manage compliance of promotional materials with necessary regulations.

• Qualifications: Qualified Physician or Doctor of Pharmacy.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
