We are seeking a diligent and conscientious Dealing Administrator to join our team at Margetts Fund Management Ltd, delivering high-quality work against tight timescales in a professional office environment.

This role involves predominantly data entry, requiring critical thinking and initiative to check for mistakes and communicate effectively with other team members and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and authorise investor instructions to buy, sell, and transfer shares in the Margetts funds.
  • Identify potential issues through analysis of client/agent instructions and liaise with other departments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and adviser details.
  • Place and confirm investment trades, collaborating with other departments when required.
  • Allocate work through categorisation of scanned mail items into workflow systems.
  • Be flexible to cover other general office duties as needed.

A successful candidate will possess a high attention to detail, a logical approach, and the ability to work to tight daily deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
