Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Uphold HARIBO's customer service standards
  • Welcome customers upon entry
  • Assist customers in product selection using your knowledge
  • Conduct sampling activities
  • Handle cash and card transactions efficiently

Retail Excellence:

  • Maintain HARIBO's retail standards throughout the day
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed, and accurately priced
  • Promote visibility of special offers and products
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks

Operational Compliance:

  • Adhere to HARIBO's operational standards
  • Ensure stock is replenished and recorded accurately
  • Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment
  • Comply with environmental management practices
  • Complete necessary food hygiene training and maintain records

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in retail is essential
  • Experience in online retail is advantageous
  • Proficient in handling cash and processing payments
