**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at our Slough site. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing productivity and cost efficiency through the implementation of new production systems, as well as driving continuous improvement across the site.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant layout and specify new machinery
  • Analyze operations and identify areas for process enhancements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of experience in Maintenance or Process Engineering, with 5+ years of management experience
  • A proven track record of successful CAPEX expenditure
  • Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
