  • You will be tasked with developing lesson plans and a detailed curriculum that aligns with the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme. You will conduct sessions according to the timetable, ensuring classes start and end punctually.
  • Your natural ability to foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers will be crucial, creating a welcoming environment with a proactive attitude.
  • Adherence to the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct is mandatory, and you will ensure that any child safeguarding concerns are reported promptly in line with Fusion's Safeguarding policy.
  • It is your responsibility to deliver all lessons safely and effectively, meeting the required standards and guidelines.
