We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a preference for fitout experience. Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)
Location:
North Belfast/Mallusk
This position offers the opportunity to engage in high-profile projects across various sectors, including luxury accommodations, hospitality, office spaces, and general construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee subcontractor packages, manage material procurement, and handle financial reporting.
- Negotiate contract amounts, prepare valuations, and keep track of project expenses.
- Generate Bills of Quantities and manage subcontractor accounts effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor variations and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Encourage compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
