ICT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Implement IT Infrastructure: Oversee the planning, installation, and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
- Ensure Reliability and Security: Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure to meet operational needs.
- Lead IT Team: Lead and manage a team of IT specialists responsible for system administration, network management, and infrastructure support.
- Develop IT Policies: Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards related to infrastructure management.
- Monitor System Performance: Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring maximum uptime and availability.
- Plan and Execute IT Projects: Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in case of a system failure or cyberattack.
- Manage Vendors: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met.
- Evaluate New Technologies: Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve IT infrastructure and align with business goals.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager or similar role, with at least [X] years of experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in network management, system administration, and server management (e.g., Windows, Linux).
- Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and experience implementing security measures.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects and teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership Experience: Leadership experience with a focus on team development and mentoring.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications: Certifications in network management (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or system administration (e.g., MCSE, RHCE).
- Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools and processes for IT infrastructure management.
- Compliance Standards: Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or SOC 2.
