- Collaborate with site management to identify and prioritize key performance improvement projects that deliver significant business benefits.
- Lead performance improvement projects across the site, leveraging benchmarking and best practices to drive value.
- Implement new processes and systems, providing training and support to ensure seamless adoption.
- Develop and expand local capabilities in continuous improvement tools and methods, mentoring site teams in leadership and problem-solving.
- Build consensus with local management teams, supporting change programs and promoting a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, working with management teams to address downward trends and improve performance.
- Oversee performance management systems and tools, coaching site teams to deliver sustained results through data-driven activities.
- Interrogate and develop systems and data to inform business decisions.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Proven experience in deploying CI methodologies and driving process improvements.
- A strong ability to work collaboratively with site teams, taking a visible and active role in the site.
- Self-motivation and autonomy to drive projects forward.
