Executive Director - Experiential Leisure

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our expanding competitive socialising brand as an Executive Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest service and exceed operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business growth.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages team development, innovation, and success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Executive Director in the hospitality, entertainment, or leisure industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a track record of achieving financial and operational targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
