Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our Lux Warehouse Operation team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our 2 million square foot Shirebrook Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including filing, monitoring, and replenishment of stationery.
  • Build effective work relationships with other members of the team.
  • Handle holiday requests and keep records of attendance.
  • Create, analyze, and submit reports on Flannels departments.
  • Prepare and update training records.
  • Embrace Frasers Group values and visions in everything you do.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a confidential manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and able to effectively engage with the team around you.
  • Close attention to detail to update and maintain records.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Experience using Word, Excel, and Emails.
  • Promote and adhere to the Company's Health & Safety Rules and Policy.
