Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Epidemic Sound is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our business through the establishment of new accounts and customers in our desired market segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new clients, conduct contract negotiations, and establish new accounts/relationships.
  • Navigate multiple divisions and departments of major corporations.
  • Pull together complex deal structures and negotiations.
  • Exceed sales targets and maintain a consistent daily work schedule to call/mail/visit/host existing or potential clients.
  • Monitor competition by gathering market information on the pricing of new products.
  • Analyse and create reports in CRM to drive and improve results.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to assist in special projects, such as onboarding, sales enablement initiatives, and cross-departmental goals.
  • Act as a mentor and teacher for more junior AEs.
  • Actively work with our Customer Success team to seek out and lead cross-sell initiatives and opportunities.
  • Work closely with all other departments to achieve company goals, such as maximising customer satisfaction, customer knowledge, and product development.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years prior sales experience at a senior level selling complex Enterprise solutions with a strong track-record.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Great relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other typical systems.
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done.
  • Passionate about helping prospective customers scale up their business through Music, Media, and SaaS solutions.
  • An active interest in music and/or media is a big plus.
  • Adaptive and not afraid of change within a rapidly growing company.
