Front of House Team Member Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front of House Team Member to join our team at Chichester FWC. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth operation of our reception and café areas, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all.
  • Provide efficient and effective customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a caring and helpful manner.
  • Assist the café team in preparing and serving fresh, healthy, and nutritional food and drinks.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including earlies, lates, and weekends, with the possibility of overtime to cover annual leave.
