About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a Charge Nurse at HC One, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of every resident in your area of the care home, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the quality of care is maintained
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HC One's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
