- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including stock rotation and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Delivery Services
- Operate a 3.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods to customers, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Valid UK Photo-card license.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
