About the Role

Our Culinary Operations Supervisors prepare delicious and nourishing meals catering to a variety of dietary needs.

No two days will be alike, but your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Preparing, cooking, and serving food
  • Understanding individual preferences and dietary requirements to create suitable menus
  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards
  • Completing necessary checks and maintaining records
  • Controlling inventory and purchases within a designated budget
  • Leading and managing your Culinary Team, ensuring they receive appropriate induction, training, and support.

You will prioritize the needs of the individuals we serve in everything you do. We can assure you that whatever you bring to the role, you will experience great rewards.

If you are new to the care sector, we will help you feel at home from the start with our induction, buddy, and ongoing training programs.

We prefer our Culinary Operations Supervisors to have, or be working towards, a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification.

As this is a supervisory role, we expect you to have prior experience in a similar position and environment, ideally in leading a culinary or kitchen team.
