Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Provide administrative support to include mail, couriers, meeting room set-ups, goods in, records, and administrative tasks.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy when recording data or financial information, whether electronically or in hard copy.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate a high level of customer service in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best results for clients.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in reprographics, couriers, mailroom, porterage/logistics/goods is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to an intermediate level, with experience using reprographics equipment and software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to work and a strong attention to detail.
Working Arrangements:
40 hour week, with various shift patterns between 07:00 and 18:00, with flexibility to change shifts at short notice.
