Job Summary:

Devonshire is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Provide administrative support to include mail, couriers, meeting room set-ups, goods in, records, and administrative tasks.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy when recording data or financial information, whether electronically or in hard copy.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a high level of customer service in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best results for clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in reprographics, couriers, mailroom, porterage/logistics/goods is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to an intermediate level, with experience using reprographics equipment and software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to work and a strong attention to detail.

Working Arrangements:

40 hour week, with various shift patterns between 07:00 and 18:00, with flexibility to change shifts at short notice.
