As the Assistant Head of Housekeeping, your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Executive Head Housekeeper to establish, oversee, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. Your keen attention to detail will guarantee that our guests experience impeccably clean accommodations and unforgettable moments during their visit. You will step in for the Head Housekeeper as needed, managing all aspects of team supervision and regulating housekeeping expenses to align with business forecasts, thereby maximizing room division profitability.

Your qualifications include:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector, ideally in a comparable role within a similarly sized property, although we welcome candidates eager to advance their careers.
  • A proven ability to deliver consistent service under the demands of guest expectations, always maintaining a sharp focus on detail.
  • Proficiency in IT; familiarity with Opera and Fourth Hospitality systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including health and safety regulations, COSHH, environmental health, and fire safety.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues to maintain a high level of service.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with effective time management capabilities to prioritize tasks and manage work schedules to meet operational needs.
