Job Opportunity

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join their team in Hertford, Hertfordshire. Our client is a reputable family-run business operating a successful Used Car Sales and Aftersales facility, offering a comprehensive one-stop-shop for motorists.


Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within defined operating and financial guidelines.
  • Request and follow up with prospects who show interest in purchasing a vehicle within a maximum 24-hour period.
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth and timely achievement of sales tasks.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent sales, communication, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Proven customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong presentation, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Good judgement and ability to act with discretion, diplomacy, and tact.
  • Ability to remain calm, well-organised, and confident, particularly when working to demanding deadlines.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to meet sales targets.
  • Outstanding attitude and passion for sales and customer service, with a strong team player mentality.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-oriented personality with the ability to offer help and support to others.
  • Ability to work autonomously when necessary.
  • Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/technical/product information.
  • Ability to work Saturdays with a day off during the week.
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications.
