Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Educational Psychologist to contribute to the development of our team and deliver the Whole School and College Approach (WSCA). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the competence and confidence of Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) to offer consultations, workshops, and assemblies within education settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain models of assessment and intervention to support the WSCA.
- Achieve service targets for WSCA and report to stakeholders and commissioning groups.
- Contribute to the training of head teachers, teachers, SENCOs, school governors, and other relevant professionals on Mental Health Services, relevant legislation, procedures, and other relevant issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational psychology and experience in delivering mental health services in education settings. They will be able to work effectively in a team and communicate complex information to a range of stakeholders.
