Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Factors Specialist to join our team at Ingenium Technical Solutions Ltd. As a Human Factors Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, reliability, and supportability of our clients' products.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human factors, ergonomics, psychology, or a related field, with experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data. They will also have knowledge of human-computer interaction principles and design thinking methodologies, as well as proficiency in UX/UI design tools and software.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize the design and experience of products
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet ergonomic standards and are user-friendly
  • Develop and implement design solutions to improve product usability and user experience
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business needs


Requirements:

  • Strong background in human factors, ergonomics, psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data
  • Knowledge of human-computer interaction principles and design thinking methodologies
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
