About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Tiverton, Devon. As a Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to develop skills, build confidence, and maintain important relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Support individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication, and cooking
  • Encourage and enable people to pursue their interests and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and friends

Requirements

  • Experience working with learning disabled adults
