Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the merchandising team, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless execution of all website merchandising activities.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to attend E-commerce meetings, effectively communicating key updates and insights regarding website performance and merchandising initiatives.
  • Oversee the E-commerce Merchandise Key events calendar, manage employee schedules, and track overtime records, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate data management and execution of all website merchandising assets, delegating tasks effectively to the merchandising team and maintaining a consistent project pipeline.
  • Proactively identify and resolve key developments affecting the team, workload, and operations, keeping the Head of E-commerce informed about project updates and calendar activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in merchandising, including content management and supply chain monitoring. Accurately track inbound delivery notifications and collaborate with logistics teams to address any discrepancies or delays.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing SAP & OMS data and inventory, SFCC catalogue management, website configuration, and functionalities for comprehensive reporting.
  • Analyze sales and business reports, providing detailed insights into key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Identify trends and opportunities to optimize online sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative merchandising strategies that align with Vivienne Westwood's brand identity and target audience.
