We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to lead our migration to Dynamics CRM for a large UK Government Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the strategic design and maintenance of business solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement, and F&O.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting discovery workshops to understand customer needs
  • Crafting tailored proposals that address client objectives
  • Managing end-to-end implementation of D365 projects
  • Implementing solutions using DevOps practices for efficiency and agility
  • Working with mixed implementation teams
  • Translating business processes into Solution requirements
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and vision
  • Advising on best practices and continuous improvement strategies
Requirements:
  • Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics and previous product versions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & integrations for D365 Modules
  • Strong consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective
  • Conceptual knowledge of Dynamics 365 Applications
  • Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: Power Platform, Azure etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solution Architect experience is a plus
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Experience working with third-party vendors
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team
  • DevOps Experience and Pipeline Deployment
