Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring stock and sales in each store and moving stocks when needed
  • Storing stock transfers
  • Assisting with information sharing with stores/web team
  • Monitoring store discounts
  • Assisting with the input of stock take info/results
  • Assisting with stock replenishment
  • Ensuring timely and orderly sale info reaches stores/web
  • Creating buying files to correlate with all orders placed
  • Chasing brands for order confirmations/checking against orders placed
  • Reviewing intake to ensure all deliveries are on time

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent customer service and administration experience
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Systems
