Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist

At MILO Recruit, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining site-wide electrical systems to minimize engineering downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all electrical engineering activities safely and professionally, ensuring compliance with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct planned maintenance, breakdown, and statutory checks as required.
  • Liaise with the Engineering Coordinator to prioritize workload and ensure adequate resources are available to resolve issues.
  • Work as part of the engineering team on site to keep engineering downtime to a minimum, prioritizing tasks to meet business needs.
  • Ensure reports are completed at the end of each shift, logging completed work and flagging issues for the incoming shift.
  • Be prepared to work additional hours to cover emergency situations.
  • Improve machine availability.
  • Control contractors.

Requirements:

  • ONC Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3 Rotating shift which may include weekend working.
  • Week 1: Mon & Tues Nights, Wed off, Thu & Fri Days.
  • Week 2: Mon to Thu Days, Fri off.
  • Week 3: Mon & Tue off, Wed to Fri Nights.
