About the Role

Sir Robert McAlpine is seeking a highly skilled Building Services Manager to join our project team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the MEP package from construction, commissioning through to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the MEP package delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, budget, and programme.
  • Review and approve sub-contractor drawings and technical submissions for compliance, buildability, and commissionability.
  • Coordinate with other works packages on site to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attend regular commissioning meetings and ensure timely clearance of defects and snagging.
Requirements
  • Experience in design, construction, and commissioning stages of complex projects.
  • High technical expertise in MEP services, including process engineering.
  • HNC or Degree in Building Services or related field.
  • Proficiency in 3D design and off-site manufacturing approaches.
  • Knowledge of HTMs, HBMs, and Common Data Environment.
  • Proficiency in software, including AutoCAD and BIM.
