They work on a diverse range of projects, including education, healthcare, and residential developments, and are currently involved in a significant £900m hospital project.

**About the Role:**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Warrington office. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • **Client Management:** Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their interests are met, and lead or support consultants as required.
  • **Staff Development:** Enhance staff effectiveness by improving client relationships, internal systems, and developing team skills.
  • **Project Management:** Collaborate effectively with all relevant parties, managing project impacts and distributing workload efficiently.
  • **Documentation and Compliance:** Take responsibility for project management, including the training and development of junior staff, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Ensure all documentation and project outputs comply with Quality System procedures and relevant standards.
  • **Project Coordination:** Manage multiple projects, including the organisation of trainee staff, while adhering to security procedures and confidentiality.
  • **Design Standards:** Contribute to maintaining high design standards by staying informed about industry developments and proven systems.
  • **Contract Compliance:** Support contract compliance with ISO standards, internal audits, and feedback processes.

  • **Technical Competence:** Technically competent in mechanical design engineering.
