As a seasoned Town Planner, you will lead projects across development management and development plan/policy work. Your responsibilities will include overseeing planning applications, handling planning appeals, representing clients in Local Plan submissions, promoting sites, participating in Local Plan Examinations, and engaging in public inquiry work.

You will work semi-independently under the guidance of other Directors, utilizing your strong stakeholder management skills to interact with clients and expand your professional network. This role requires a self-driven individual who is enthusiastic about building their own client base and contributing significantly to the business's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning applications of all sizes
  • Handle planning appeals
  • Represent clients in Local Plan submissions
  • Promote sites
  • Participate in Local Plan Examinations
  • Engage in public inquiry work

Requirements:

  • Town Planners with 8-10 years of professional experience
  • Postgraduate qualification in Planning and chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
  • Full driving license
