Job Title: Principal Engineer Support Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to join our Support Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the Quality and SH&E Management System documentation
  • Support stakeholder engagement and collaboration working groups
  • Provide estimates for scope of work and resources required

Requirements:

  • Background as Submarine nuclear operator/maintainer
  • Ability to analyze complex problems
  • Knowledge of the engineering lifecycle and support activities
  • Extensive domain knowledge of RCM activities and ILS/Safety
