About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a CFO Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants in both custodial and community settings, providing high-quality support and guidance to help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement.
  • Work closely with participants to identify and achieve agreed milestones, develop skills, and find sustainable employment opportunities.
  • Utilize excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and motivational skills, to support participants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting participants.
Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and motivational skills, to support participants from diverse backgrounds.
  • A demonstrated commitment to the rehabilitation of prisoners and the ability to work independently, providing community-based support.
  • An awareness, understanding, and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults.
