Key Responsibilities:- Sorting Recyclable Materials: Sort through incoming materials to separate recyclables, ensuring accurate identification and segregation of different types of materials.
- Operating Machinery: Operate conveyor belts, sorting machines, and other equipment efficiently and safely to facilitate the sorting process.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to established procedures for waste disposal.
- Following Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, ensuring physical endurance and stamina.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to accurately identify and sort different types of materials, ensuring high-quality work.
- Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries, prioritizing a safe working environment.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic, ensuring consistent performance and productivity.
Monday - Fridays, 6pm-4am, with a working rate of £13.50 per hour and 45 hours per week.
