Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Inspector to perform thorough evaluations of a comprehensive range of aircraft components and ground support equipment.
The successful candidate will possess a relevant engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experience and have previously worked in an engineering capacity. While prior experience as an inspector is not mandatory, the ability to accurately distinguish between compliant and non-compliant specifications is essential.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Conducting inspections of aircraft components and ground support equipment;Reviewing supplier-related documentation;Completing and returning the necessary assessment documents when rejecting customer components;Ensuring full traceability of repair and overhaul components received from customers;Inspecting serialized and critical parts;Interfacing with on-site customers and supplier representatives;Collaborating with Quality Engineers, particularly in updating inspection plans and addressing quality concerns;Assisting in problem-solving efforts with both internal and external representatives;Utilizing internal and customer computer systems as required for the role;Performing inspections of hazardous materials, including handling procedures.
